A Healthy Recipe to Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth (and Lose Weight)

Losing weight, (or maintaining a healthy diet), doesn’t mean you have to ignore your cravings – instead, it just means finding a solution that’s in alignment with your goals. The right solution can actually be a pleasant (and delicious) surprise too!

The recipe below is a fan favorite for my clients and friends. These are simple to make, and are a healthy way to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Try for yourself and enjoy!

Makes 2 dozen
1 cup oats
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll into balls. Enjoy. Will last about 5 days refrigerated.

2 balls: 192 calories, 10.2 grams of fat, 19.8 grams of carbohydrate, 7.0 grams of protein
