When You’re Craving Junk Food, Your Body is Trying to Tell You Something

We all have our vices, whether we have a sweet-tooth, are a salt junky, or love spicy foods. However, aside from these cravings stemming from a love for a particular kind of food, it actually may be a sign that your body is trying to let you know it is missing something you actually need, as opposed to want.


The list below indicates what a craving could actually mean, and is an interesting tool to follow next time you feel like you have a hankering for sweets.

As an experiment, next time you get a craving for a certain food, try the healthier option and see how your body responds.

    However, the contents on the list are so small and do not enlarge for one to see them; one would do better to simply eat the foods one craves instead.
