As channeled by JOB:
The lemur is able to be playful and mischievous, but carries a bite if he senses he is in danger.
The call of this animal as your guide, is to be playful and happy like a child at all times (not just when it is convenient), but also be aware of those who are playing with you by protecting yourself from those who cheat and do not play fair.
The metaphorical ideal of the bite being there to defend, is not to be taken literally of course. In this lesson, the idea of the bite as the made protector, is to “bite out” the people who do not play well, by letting them go and allowing them to be on their own path.
Surround yourself with those you can have fun with, and live in a youthful mindset around, and always avoid those who do not know how to enjoy or live in the moment.
